Terms: Sanderson gladly accepts MasterCard and VISA. We can also ship to you C.O.D. All checks will be held for 7 days to clear, except cashier’s and certified checks.
Hours: Open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.
For Damaged Freight, follow these steps:
  1. Save all of the packing material and the damaged carton or shipping container.
  2. Do not remove damaged merchandise from your delivery address.
  3. Call UPS Customer Service for your area immediately. A representative will come to your location to inspect the package. If you are unable to contact UPS please call us for assistance.
  4. After the inspection has been completed by a representative from the carrier, the merchandise must be returned to us along with your request for exchange, credit or refund. Indicate the type of action you wish us take and enclose a copy of your invoice, returning it to us along with the merchandise.
Drop Shipments: All drop shipments must be paid in advance.
Returned Parts: Merchandise can be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an authorization number. Returned shipments must be boxed properly. Damage to headers due to poor packaging will be charged to the customer. Headers should be returned in original condition. Scratched, dented, painted or damaged headers will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice.
Special Orders: Any part not listed or special ordered will require a deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable if order is cancelled.
Shipping: Sanderson normally uses UPS for cartons of 70 lbs. or less. UPS Blue Label and overnight services are available at an extra cost. Heavy freight will be shipped via truck lines.
Foreign Countries: All shipments to foreign countries must be prepaid.
New Jobbers: To qualify for our jobbers discount, we require a copy of your business license and state resale certificate.

Exhaust System Modification Disclaimer

Due to the widely varying regulations in place regarding emission system noise levels and safety, Sanderson Headers makes no warranty of the suitability of its products. Conformance to any federal, state, municipal or other ordinance is the express responsibility of the end user. We caution the retail purchaser of our products that it is their sole responsibility to determine the suitability of any Sanderson product, and that we assume no liability, expressed or implied, as to the legal consequences of exhaust system modifications, whether sold and/or installed by ourselves or other parties.

Special Provision for California Customers

It is illegal in the State of California to advertise, offer for sale or installation of any device which modifies the operation of emission control equipment, or to remove, modify or render inoperative any emission control device on regulated motor vehicles, with the exception of racing vehicles which may never be driven on the highway. Sanderson Headers are not exempt from any California Air Resources Board regulation or any California State legal code. We urge you to carefully check all statutes which may determine the suitability of our products for your application before you purchase or install them. Sanderson Headers assumes no liability for the legality of our products as installed and/or operated in the State of California.
