Sanderson LS150 Chevy LS1 Blockhugger Header Set

The LS150 is designed to fit a variety of applications using the Chevrolet LS1 or LS2 engine.

With an all new flange and reworked tube bends for a tight fit, our LS150 header provides ample spark plug clearance to fit a variety of street rod applications. The 1½" primary tube diameter and 2½" collector are perfect for a stock to mild LS1 engine. Comes with all hardware necessary for installation.

NOTE: For higher power output applications, this header is also available in 1-5/8" (#LS158) or 1-3/4" (LS134) primary tube diameters with a 3.0" collector.

• Sanderson Headers do not include collector bolts due to our customers' wide range of preference. We do offer a collector bolt set that features Grade 8 Bolts with Locking Nuts (SEE RELATED PRODUCTS BELOW)

NOTES:

1. This header offers 1½" primary tubes, which is good for about 350HP on a casually used 350 cid/5.7L engine application. For larger or higher horsepower applications we offer larger primary tube sized other versions of this header. For 1-5/8", Order #LS158, or 1-3/4" Order #LS134.
2. The Patented Leak-Free Design that Sanderson Headers offer you is the only leak-free flange design on the market ... Do Not Attempt To Use Flange Gaskets! The raised flange on the Sanderson Headers will buckle the gasket during tightening and actually cause a leak!
3. Sanderson Headers are NOT emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance.
4. Wrapping your Sanderson Headers with ANY thermal tape voids your header warranty. The best thermal protection for your headers is our Aluminized Ceramic Coating that is available for every Sanderson Header.
