Our high tensile alloy header collector bolts resist loosening caused by expansion and contraction.

Aircraft grade locking nuts stay tighter and secure for much longer than conventional spring steel lock washers.

This fastener kit is a perfect addition to our Copper Collector Gaskets.

TECH TIP :

Header collector gasket sealing will only be as good as how well you have secured the rest of your exhaust system behind your headers. If your exhaust pipes and mufflers are swaying back and forth with every motion of your vehicle you are going to strain the sealing accuracy of your collector gaskets and your header flanges. Please be certain to use proper hangers that secure your exhaust piping which will provide you with years of trouble-free, accurate sealing.
