Sanderson C3 Small Block Chevy Header Set

The C3 header is full length header that is the most widely used in street rodding. The C3 fits tighter to the engine block than stock manifolds while still exiting 1/2" higher than the bottom of a stock oil pan for great ground clearance. There is ample spark plug clearance, and the C3 works with many stock steering gear boxes, Vega, and rack and pinion setups. Will fit most starters and transmissions EXCEPT cast iron Powerglides.

1. Straight plug heads ONLY.
2. Pre-'68 engines must use a spinoff oil filter adapter and filter.
3. 1968 and newer engines should use the AC PF12, PF25, or compatible short style oil filter for maximum clearance.
4. Availble in a 1-5/8" primary tube version, order #C32

• Sanderson Headers do not include collector bolts due to our customers' wide range of preference. We do offer a collector bolt set that features Grade 8 Bolts with Locking Nuts (SEE RELATED PRODUCTS BELOW)

NOTES:

1. This header offers 1½" primary tubes, which is good for about 350HP on a casually used 350 cubic inch or smaller engine application. For larger or higher horsepower applications we offer this header with 1-5/8" primary tube sizes, Order #C32.
2. The Patented Leak-Free Design that Sanderson Headers offer you is the only leak-free flange design on the market ... Do Not Attempt To Use Flange Gaskets! The raised flange on the Sanderson Headers will buckle the gasket during tightening and actually cause a leak!
3. Sanderson Headers are NOT emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance.
